POLICIES

This document serves as a notification to Casabianca Furniture LLC’s suppliers, detailing the applicable policies toward the purchasing of all Casabianca Furniture products, which are manufactured and distributed under the Casabianca Furniture label. Casabianca Furniture takes pride in distributing its products through a selective process with suppliers who will maintain and enhance the reputation and growth of Casabianca Furniture. Casabianca Furniture attempts to prevent over-representation of its product line within a specific market area. Casabianca Furniture will not sell to any supplier who will use business, distribution, or sales methods that have a negative impact on the overall value of the Casabianca Furniture brand.

PRICES and PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Prices and Product Specifications Prices shown are list prices and are subject to trade discount and to change without notice. Prices may also be changed without notice due to unforeseen cost increases of imported products, raw materials, or currency fluctuations. We carefully check pricing and product specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to change both without notice. We are not responsible for customer pricing errors. Some variations between picture and product may occur. Some products listed may be non-stock items.

TAX Resale Tax Certificate

In order to comply with the various state and local sales tax law requirements, we are required to retain in our files, a properly executed exemption certificate from all of our customers.

MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY

Casabianca Furniture maintains a consistent and straightforward policy as it pertains to retail pricing. Any advertised price that is lower than the MAP will result in the dealer foregoing their co-op accrual. In such cases, the release of Casabianca Furniture approved advertising images could result in immediate account termination.

Only approved sales by Casabianca Furniture can break MAP during sales events! MAP is not monitored on certain Brands like HIP 23, clearance, discontinued items, phasing out items, white-labeled items or private-labeled items contact Casabianca Furniture at (800)-652-6344 for more information.

SHIPPING

Casabianca Furniture has developed a very unique and flexible approach to shipping. Casabianca Furniture has selected several types of delivery methods, featuring preferred carriers. The supplier has the right to utilize our network of carriers for transport or to route via their own preferred network on a collect basis.

We have two options for transporting goods.

1. Suppliers may select Casabianca Furniture’s preferred furniture haulers for a Premium. (Pre-Paid)
2. Suppliers may select their own carrier. In such cases, Casabianca Furniture bears no responsibility for lost or damaged goods.
The warehouse should only be contacted once the product is ready to ship and only for transportation arrangements. All other order inquiries should be made through your Casabianca Furniture Customer Service Representative at (800)-652-6344.

FREIGHT DAMAGE POLICY

Supplier Provided:  Casabianca Furniture, LLC is not responsible for any freight damages on orders shipped using supplier-provided shipping carriers, BOL, shipping accounts, and/or pick-up/shipping methods provided by supplier.  IF MERCHANDISE ARRIVES DAMAGED DUE TO TRANSIT, IT IS THE SUPPLIER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE FREIGHT CARRIER.

Casabianca Furniture Provided (Premium):  Shipments made using Casabianca Furniture’s shipping accounts – also considered Pre-Paid shipments and deliveries – are to be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any freight claims are to be made within 48 HOURS upon receipt.

(1) ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY:

Casabianca Home is confident that you will appreciate the fine quality and craftsmanship of our Casabianca Home line of products. As a result, Casabianca Home warrants that its furniture will be free from defects in its material and workmanship for 12 months. The 12 month period starts from the date the furniture is shipped from our Casabianca Home shipping facility to the retailer or directly to the customer. This Limited Warranty will only apply to the original purchaser of the furniture from the retailer.

 

– Casabianca Home products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship, or failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product.

– All internal mechanisms.
– Components and Parts.
– Motorization components are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.

NOT COVERED:

– Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
– Natural markings and normal variations in grain and color in natural materials used for production of products.
– Accidents, misuse, abuse or alterations to the product.
– Defects caused by negligence or use in a commercial, hospitality or other non-residential setting.
– Exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture) and discoloration or fading over time.
– Shipping charges, cost of removal and reinstallation

A 25% fee will be charged upon inspection by Casabianca Furniture for returns that are found to have no manufacturing defects. This policy has been thoroughly prepared and finalized with the objective of clarifying the fees that will be charged for returning merchandise under all listed circumstances.

MISSING HARDWARE / PARTS

If an item is shipped with missing parts or hardware the client is responsible for notifying Casabianca Furniture within 15 days either by reaching us at (800)-652-6344 or via email at info@casabiancafurniture.com. Casabianca Furniture will cover the return within that timeframe, so long as the missing parts are not a result of a loss in transit and/or freight damages.
APPROVED RETURNS / BUYERS REMORSE AND EXCHANGES

Hassle-Free Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 15 days for a refund, credit or exchange a 25% restocking fee applies.

⦁ Return Policy:
Contact our Customer Service Team at info@casabiancafurniture.com within 15 days of product delivery for a RGA.
⦁ Products must be returned in their original packaging and received in like-new condition.
⦁ Return shipping expenses, repacking or any related shipping costs is solely the responsibility of the customer. Damaged items will not be accepted.
⦁ Custom orders and special orders as noted at time of purchase cannot be returned. Clearance and open box items are sold as “Final Sale” and are not returnable.
⦁ Delivery shipping fees cannot be reimbursed.
⦁ Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not returnable.

Prompt Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will issue a credit to your credit card within seven days. Depending on your creditor’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after this for the credit to appear.
Replacements

In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, call us immediately to coordinate a replacement.

The return may be rejected if the item has been improperly packaged or has suffered visible freight damage in transit.

Prop 65 WARNING

Proposition 65 was implemented in the state of California in 1986 to protect California’s citizens and the state’s drinking water sources from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and to inform citizens about exposure to these chemicals.
Some Casabianca Furniture products may contain a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm and may, therefore, be required to carry the California Proposition 65 warning notice due to their contents or construction materials.
